Yajjadeo Lotun
LLB (Hons)
Director and CEO
Yajjadeo Lotun holds an LLB (Hons) in Business Law from the University of Huddersfield and brings extensive experience in the commercial and corporate sectors. He began his career as an Insolvency Practitioner in Mauritius, gaining over a decade of hands-on experience before joining Grant Thornton (UK) LLP as a Manager in the Recovery and Reorganization Department. He later served as In-House Lawyer and Trust & Corporate Manager for a London-based group, further broadening his expertise in legal and corporate administration.
Since 2009, Yajjadeo has been leading several asset management companies licensed by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission (FSC). He is a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and the Institute of Directors (UK). Yajjadeo currently sits on the board of multiple client companies and serves as director of several funds licensed in multiple jurisdictions such as Mauritius, BVI & Bermuda.
Tsang Fan Kwet Tsang Mang Kin (Jacques)

Jacques is a practising barrister in Mauritius since 1978, having been admitted to The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 1976. He holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics. Jacques brings over 45 years of legal and commercial expertise to the team, with extensive experience advising multinational clients across various sectors.
Jacques has served on the board of a couple of trust and management company licensed by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius. Currently, he is a Director of Fidelis. Jacques sits on the boards of multiple Protected Cell Companies (Segregated Portfolio Companies), Collective Investment Schemes, and Asset Management Companies. In addition to his board roles, he serves as legal counsel to a wide portfolio of international clients.
Jacques Eddy Tong Sam
LLB, MSc, MBCS
Director
Mr. Jacques Eddy Tong Sam is a practising barrister in Mauritius and a member of The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. He holds dual professional qualifications in Law and Information Technology, including an MSc in IT and is a Member of the British Computer Society (MBCS). He is also an Accredited Mediator (SPC, UK), an MQA-approved trainer in Law and IT, and a part-time lecturer in Cyber Law at the University of Mauritius.
Eddy’s multidisciplinary expertise spans Corporate Law, Property Development, Mediation, and IT-related legal services. In addition to his legal practice, he provides directorship, offshore structuring, and advisory services. He is a Director of Fidelis and sits on the boards of various Protected Cell Companies, Asset Management Companies, and Mutual Funds.
Outside of his professional engagements, Eddy is also a property developer and investor. He is actively involved in community and social service, having been a member—and at times, leader—of several associations, where he has been recognized for his contributions.
Yashweena Lotun

Yashweena earned her BSc in Biomedical Sciences in 2013. She has also completed the STEP Foundation Certificate for England and Wales, along with AAT Level 2 qualifications.
She began her career in 2013 as a Trainee Client Administrator at Fidelis Trust & Corporate Services Limited. From 2014 to 2015, she worked as a Fund Administrator for one of the firm's client funds, before transitioning to the role of Client Manager at Fidelis, where she deepened her experience in the financial services sector.
Between 2017 and 2019, Yashweena served as a Senior Associate at a UK-based fiduciary services firm, further broadening her expertise in international financial services.
She currently serves as one of the Executive Directors of Fidelis Trust & Corporate Services Limited, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s corporate department.
